To fully utilize the calorific value of the fuel, the combustion products formed during combustion must be condensed by cooling below the dew point temperature. When this fuel potential is used, heating surfaces and outlets in contact with moist combustion products are made of corrosion-resistant materials.

The payback period of the project will be 5 months of operation of the facility or 13 months from the start of its financing. Income for the first heating season will be UAH 1,443,420. or 22% of the investment amount. Income from operation in each subsequent heating season will amount to UAH 8,013,420. The warranty period for the equipment is 3 years. The design life is 15 years. The cost of servicing equipment 25,000 per month of the operational period will ensure guaranteed and stable operation of the facility.
