Solid Waste Burner with an air heat exchanger for drying is a solid fuel heat generator with a heating capacity of up to 6 MW, operating on waste from woodworking or agricultural enterprises. The heat carrier is hot air. Scope of application: as a heat generator for drying wood, grain, etc., for space heating using heated air, for other technological needs.

The furnace consists of a gas-generating heat-recovery furnace, an air heat exchanger with blow-off and top fans, an insulating casing and a control and alarm unit.

 The waste heat furnace has an upper fuel supply to the loading chamber. Fuel supply - manual or automatic. Loading frequency 6 - 12 hours.


  It is a well-known truth - do not use pine wood in stoves, boilers and fireplaces, since when they are burned, heat exchangers and chimneys are clogged with soot and soot. But in our stoves it is possible to burn pine waste and firewood without risking the operation of the stove - soot does not accumulate on the heat exchanger and chimney. In addition, the furnaces can use fuel with an absolute moisture content of up to 75%, which only leads to a decrease in power - the efficiency of the furnace does not decrease!

   A high-temperature ceramic lining is used to protect the metal parts of the furnace from overheating. The stove is unpretentious in terms of fuel quality, does not require its preparation and drying. The combustion process is regulated automatically or manually using dampers. The exhaust gases pass through a heat exchanger which is blown by a blower duct fan. The heated air is supplied through the ducts by the top fan.

    The furnace has high environmental performance - CO emission into the air is no more than 1 g / m3. When entering the mode, the furnace burns without smoke, which indicates the complete combustion of raw materials.

    The control and alarm unit with the help of temperature sensors and a fan of the smoke exhauster maintains the set temperature in the heated room. Turning on and off the smoke exhauster and changing the opening angle of the damper, thereby changing the intensity of the furnace combustion. Temperature readings are constantly displayed on the display.
