The MECATOME ST310 is a manual shear cutting machine. The MECATOME ST310 is a powerful and precision cutting machine designed for cutting large and long parts. Equipped with the specially developed PRESI lever shift technology, fast, accurate and easy cutting can be done without the risk of overheating the sample, saving up to 60% in time. This new technology increases the slitting capacity of samples. The design of the machine allows for the placement of large sample volumes, and the double stroke of the "rod" allows for longitudinal cutting of samples. The table (with exchangeable stainless steel trays) is compatible with most of the available clamping systems (including the quick clamping system for vise and KOPAL). The cooling tank, equipped with a removable and washable filtration system, ensures a clean supply of coolant during the cutting process, resulting in perfectly white areas.
