MECATOME T210

MECATOME T210 is a precision automatic micro cutting machine. Thanks to a new linear motor with high table positioning accuracy and a wide range of disc rotation speeds, this model allows you to work with materials of different hardness, from the hardest to the softest. The new base table allows the installation of any possible sample holder. The optional drive makes it possible to make several consecutive cuts in the X axis.

Three cutting modes are available:

• Auxiliary cutting: performed with a joystick to control the table (effortless for the operator);
• Automatic cutting: performed by selecting the blade rotation speed and table travel speed. Pulse cutting capability;
• Programmable Cutting: Automatic cutting is performed using preselected parameters.

The corrugated table (with exchangeable stainless steel trays) is compatible with most of the available clamping systems.
