MULTI SAMPLE STABILITY ANALYZER
Turbiscan TOWER is the new flagship product of the Turbiscan range for full characterization of the dispersion stability of concentrated formulations (emulsions, suspensions, foams). 6 independent measurement positions allow simultaneous comparison of formulations for faster and better understanding of destabilization mechanisms (creaming, sedimentation, flocculation, coalescence..). Dispersion Analysis can be performed from 4 to 80°C to accelerate the destabilization process or to reproduce storage conditions. An improved mechanical design and vertical set-up offer better performance and smaller bench footprint.
HIGHLIGHTS OF TURBISCAN TOWER
MULTI-SAMPLE STABILITY ANALYSIS
Up to 6 samples can be characterized without dilution or mechanical stress. Formulations with concentrations up to 95% can be tested in their native state giving a unique insight into particle migration and size variation.
MEASUREMENT OF STABILITY & SIZE
> Quantitative monitoring of dispersion stability
> Shelf life & long term stability analysis
> Migration velocity
> Aggregation & agglomeration kinetics
> Mean diameter
> Dispersibility ratio
> Volume fraction
REAL STORAGE CONDITIONS
Temperature control from 4°C to 80°C offers the possibility to accelerate measurement time and observe destabilization under real storage conditions.
TURBISCAN STABILITY INDEX
TSI scale provides a single value to rapidly asses and rank formulation stability independently of occurring phenomena. It is now possible to evaluate sample stability with just one number and read it directly on the screen.

KEY BENEFITS
TURBISCAN is the reference technology for direct physical stability analysis. With hassle-free sample preparation, intuitive software and highly reliable measurements, TURBISCAN has become an irreplaceable tool for any formulator.
The instrument works with up to 6 samples at a time (disposable glass cells of 4 or 20 mL) and allows the analysis of liquid dispersions but also foams and viscous products thanks to specially designed measurement adapters.
TURBISCAN technologies are compliant with the International Organization for Standardization guidelines for the characterization of dispersion stability (ISO/TR 13097).
